I hope it’s homeopathic. Belladonna is poisonous, so if you’re going to take it, I’d advise taking it in a form where there’s no actual belladonna in the product.
Atropine, which is a legitimate medication, is derived from belladonna, but it should never be used unless prescribed by a doctor (it is used in certain heart conditions and as an antidote in organophosphate poisoning, and the drops the eye doctor may use to dilate your eye often have atropine in them). Using it without medical supervision would be extremely dangerous.
Do some research on Homeopathic remedies, in fact their is a famous lecture about the scam that homeopathic medicine is, by a famous debunker James Randi, you can check it out on Youtube.
He explains in lay mans terms, why/how it’s totally a scam and a rip off.
